In this shot I was going for an edgier look rather than a straight-forward glamour style picture.
I used a wide aperture to try and draw the eye into the shot and desaturated all of the shot except Gemma's top. Rim lighting was provided by the sun - camera left.
I dialled in the widest aperture on my 70-200 f/2.8 and shot at about 130mm. A little fill flash was provided by a 580EXII and exposure was 1/6400s, ISO200 on my 1DsII.
